Thank you. Fairly certain I've had the game open for 2h or more since, and even if I haven't, I wouldn't want to put off playing before the matter got resolved, so tough luck I guess. On the bright side, at least the money went to supporting a company whose games I've played a lot since 2006.

Hi @wazp I'm having the same identical issue. I have the colonnel edition, inside the steam library the game shows me the DLC allies pack but, inside the shop page of the base game, it looks like I don't own the DLC pack. Now this is not a big deal to be honest, but I really want to buy the speech pack on day one and, theoretically I will get a discount, but instead of a discount on the bundle I get only the option to buy both packages, speech and armor pack because steam thinks I don't own the armor pack itself. Can you help us on this problem?

Just want to point out that the issue is not fixed for me either. Just to say that I had bought the main game then the colonel edition upgrade some month later, I don't know if it is relevant.
