Cant get Allied Tank Pack even though I have Colonel Edition

I have all of the Colonel edition cosmetics (tanks, ships, etc.) so I'm pretty sure I do have it but it says I still need to buy the Allied Tank Pack even though Paradox announced that it will be free to those who have Colonel Edition, anyone else have this problem? Thanks in Advance!

Hey! Just checked on our end, it looks correct. Have you tried restarting the Steam Client? If not, let me know and we'll take it from there!

I tried that along with verifying the code was input properly and that didn't fix the problem. I also cannot load the DLC store page on Steam. Something is screwy.

So it seems to be there for me in the launcher, but on steam its not listed as being in my library on the store page. (I have the Field Marshal edition).

Same issue here, I have the dlc activated ingame but not in the store page in steam.

Now the Allied Armor Pack and the Allied Speeches Music Pack appear on the Base game DLC list.

Some minutes before they weren't there.

Yes, I do at least. Not sure about El_Ploplo of course. But its still missing on the main steam store page. I guess its probably just a steam issue that has caused some confusion with people thinking they don't own it. Thanks for looking into it!

Thanks for confirming that. It indeed seems that something is wonky over at Steam. Due to the time zone, this will likely not get fixed until at earliest 18.00-19.00 CEST tonight.

I appreciate your quick and constructive reports on the issue, and sorry for any troubles this is bringing.

Just to add, same problem but its a bit weird. The packs show up as installed on Steam, but they dont show in game. They dont show here either.

Just to add, not sure if this makes a difference but I upgraded to the Colonal Edition and didn't buy it outright.

I have the Field Marshal edition but the Allied Armour Pack didn't show up in my library, and being unaware of the freebie, I just went and bought the bundle that also contained the speeches. Don't suppose I can get my money back on the Allied Armour Pack?

You should be able to refund the DLC if you have not played for more the underlying app (HOI4) for more than two hours: https://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/
