Well someone said about whats the point of decisive victories well listen to this when you get 90% you get to offer them the chance to become your Vassals like I played as France once I captured 5 Spanish Provinces worth 20% each war scor 99% Spain had a huge Colonial empire maybe 200 provinces I demanded Vassalage they accepted they always accept Vassalage when you have a war score of 90% or Higher.

About revolts when going below -3 stab, I thought they changed them from automatic one-province rebellions to a simple extra rebellion check that moment for that month. This to make it somewhat more balanced between small, large and huge nations.

So if Mamelukes had -1 to 0 percent revolt risk you would never notice any revolts for them as they would get none.

If you have 90-95% and want 79-84% you just have to pester them for a few years, 3-5 times a year. If you are not a christian and thus low on diplomats you have to aim lower, and take more wars to get your gains.

I consider this good, as it feels more historical for a state about to loose a lot of territory and goods to stall and whine as long as possible hoping against hope for any rectification of the situation.
Just look at the Mamelukes mentioned, who saved a province of two this way.

I admit that it might feel slow to endure it, but in that case take 100% of them, else you have proved that you have problems waging the war against them and should not recieve all you could have. The percentages are more for what they will give you if they want a quick out of the war due to other fronts bothering them. If you are their only war they will be less inclined to give you much.

Enough rambled, bye.
