can't found caliphates

title says it: i can't found a caliphate, neither i fullfill the requierments nor when i mod them to be different. shia events work fine though and i can actually found the zikri caliphate and usurp the sunni one. bur ibadi, karjhite, hurufi, and so on are best. help would be appriciated. PS: i tested wether the gamerules like charlemange realms and ck2+ realms are the issue and they aren't.

it says all requirements are met but wont let me found the caliphate, exept for the shia and zikri ones and i have not the slightest idea why it would let me found those two but not the others PS: i moded away the need to stop being a heresy in both the ck2+ and thne ck2+ india folder

Heresies can't create a caliph.

So that leaves shia, sunni and ibadi. Only Ibadi doesn't seem to work for me.

i moded that out.... meaning i deleted the is_heretic = yes line in the code and i can't even cheat my character to be caliphe by give_title d_'your_religion' 'your id'
