Can't find the Purple Phoenix DLC on steam?

Well, this isn't a problem for me at all, but I just noticed that I can't find the Purple Phoenix DLC at steam on either DLC list(The list of DLC's page, and on the store page) and also not named in the EU4 collection bundle. Is this just a problem with me, a general problem, or does it use a different name on the steam pages?

Huh. Whys it hidden in there? Makes a very hard to find. Especially when I try recommending it to someone.

I'd prefer they either keep it as it is, or dismantle the pack and provide them independently, when they add packages with DLC they sell independently, Steam doesn't seem to be able to tell if you own all the contents of the package already.
