So this is a bit weird to ask but I can't find either one in the folder, I am under the impression this is due to me being an idiot, or the fact i got this from the PC game pass from Microsoft. Anyone know the reason why this is happening?
Can't find the BattleTech.exe or BattleTechLauncher.exe

It's part of your hidden files. For future reference, you should have "Hidden files" checked under your View tab when you use File Explorer. Apparently Windows doesn't think some folders are aesthetically please.
This PC > OS (C: ) > Program Files (x86) > Paradox Interactive > games > battletech
Battletech.exe should be in there.
