Cant fall back to previous versions of Hoi4(Some of them)

Hello, after 1.11.4 got released i cant play with my mods cuz they r for 1.11.3 or older versions. I opened "Properties" -> "Betas" but there isnt 1.11.3. Does anyone know how to fall back to previous version of HOI4?

Most mods that work with 1.11.3 are going to work with 1.11.4

A few DLCs ago they ran into a limit on Steam that only allows them to have so many on the list, so they changed it to the last stable version from each DLC instead of every patch.

From what I remember from the Developer Post, it was a Steam limitation. They simply couldn't list more than a set amount of versions.
