Can't fabricate claims on trade regions

Hello,

I have completed the expansion ideas, which is supposed to give you the possibility to "fabricate claims on trade company regions"

However, I have built an spy network on Mogadishu but still I am not able to fabricate a claim, because "I don't have a neighbouring province"

How is this supposed to work?

Mogadishu, if you mean the single province, is not in a TC. Check them map mode.

Oh thank you, you are right, I was looking at the trade node map, no the TC map.
