Can't download the demo?

Hi, so i preordered EU IV some days ago, on steam, and now i just cant download the demo. I click the button but nothing happens...

Completely shut down steam and then restart it. Sometimes if you have it running during the time that they activate a new demo or something to be available to download, your client doesn't properly register that until a restart.
