Please post a link to the post or thread that contains the link to what you are trying to Download and I will take a look.
If you exceeded the number and it is the first one, it could be Downloads are not enabled for that thread for your group.

We do not charge any kind of fees to use the site other than registering games gets you more access to things like avatars and sub forums.
Some things can be determined by the number of posts you have and or the length of time you have been a member.

As to this situation you did not provide me the link or even mention which game you are talking about, so it makes it difficult for me to comment on specifics.

Yes often times it is not having games registered that is the root of the problem, so I learn never to take that for granted.
The title does indeed indicate the game though, but not the particular thread or link so I could track down the specific issue.
