In a spare moment late last night, i started a "video "game of EU, rather than work on my "AAR" game in progress. came across a new situation.
as venice, im allied with fatimids. turks declare war on fats, they call allies, and i decline, as i am not ready to fight. alliance is broken, i take the stability hit, fine. once the turks withdraw to southern front, and i have built up my small army some, i look to declare war on turks, and so belatedly help the fats in my own small way.
but i cant..the DOW option is greyed out.
so is there some time delay statute involved here? and how long does it last? answers plse.
