Heya.

Searched, but couldn't find a thread about it.
There is a hard limit of 3 rivals you can declare at once. I have two rivals, but when I want to declare a third, it tells me I can only declare three.

I guess it may be related that my third rival from the past got annexed by me in a war? I fought, my wargoals were all his planets, I won and the whole empire of them was gone. Just speculation though.

Saw that too. It's fixed after some months (years ?) or reload. But, indeed, game doesn't realize you don't need to rival or have an embassy with your rival or own empire.
