I mod and I've messed something up, or someone has pulled a trick on me cause this came out of nowhere. I can not create titles any longer. Please do not respond that I don't have the required provinces because I do! I've played several games and always cannot create new titles I. I've gone back through the code and looked but I need help.... any suggestions.
Can't create Titles???????
