Can't Create Empires

I just started using CK2+ in the last couple of weeks and so far I've really been enjoying it, but in almost all of my games so far I am completely unable to create empires. I am able to use the decision to create a new custom empire but I am unable to create one of the already made empires. It tells me I meet all of the requirements but it won't let me create the title. I'm using the steam workshop version of the mod if that helps.

If you're using an old save with the current version, that's likely the cause -- there will be lots of issues with empire titles. Hence the warning.

If you started it with the version uploaded last night, then by all means -- upload the save in the link provided in the Bug Reports thread and we'll take a look.

Sorry, no need -- I just checked the e_abyssinia title. It's one of the ones which is disallowed if you have the Charlemagne DLC activated, because it has the same name as the kingdom (you're intended to use the decision instead). Evidently the DLC requirement does not show up in the tooltip. Could have sworn it did before, but maybe that's changed now...which, I agree, is confusing. We'll put in a custom tooltip.
