I just bought Stellaris today and me and my brother are trying to set up a server together but my game won't connect to the online section at all. I can't see any servers in the server list, and there's no scan for server button appearing. When I try to join my brother's server while I'm in game, Steam says that we're playing different games and that I have to join his game from my desktop, and when I do that Stellaris launches but when it loads to 100% it crashes. I also can't host a server, it tells me that it's searching for the server IP and won't let me launch the server. Everything works fine for my brother's game, just not mine, we have our computers set up in the same house btw. Anyone know how to fix this?
