Cant click on anything bottom right

I updated my game to after dark and bought the expansion pack and when ever i go on any maps i can click anything on the bottom right hand side but everywhere else i can, cant even scroll its like that area doesn't exist

Hi Frosty, just to be sure, have you started the game without any mods enabled?

Hi i found the mod that caused it XD It was vehicle customisation for future reference to people
