So I had a vassal rebel against me and quickly put him down in a civil war. I then tried to pass the revocation law but as I failed to pass it as I just got conclave today and I thought my vassals would support it. So I waited a few years and passed a centralization law to get an extra demesne space for my eventual passing of the revocation law in the future. So I waited yet again to pass the revocation law, but even after the time it should be unlocked its still locked. Here is a picture of what I mean:
It says I can attempt to pass it again February of 1133. It's August 1133 and it's still locked... am I missing something with conclave? Maybe my council needs to be different? pls help I want that traitors land
