Can't change my capital.

I can't change my capital to africa somewhere in the seville trade node.

My capital is isolated and I have cored provinces where I want to put my new capital.
According to the tooltip it should be possible.

Pretty sure the two islands are part of Europe.

Can you take a screenshot of a province where you want to move your capital? Also Madeira is considered part of Europe.
