For some reason, I can't change county capitals. Is this a feature that has been intentionally disabled in the mod? It would be really useful here, since I can't seem to create a theocratic ruler for this province, they just end up feudal. The capital also won't flip automatically.

We apparently forgot to copy those vanilla decisions over. Fixed in the SVN version. In the mean time, if you want to fix it for 0.1.6 yourself, copy the settlement_decisions over from vanilla for your own copy.

SO why dont you just make a QUICK PATCH FOR GODS SAKES? by the nine divines!!!!!!!!!!!!!!God help humanity.

I just fuk it i just top playing this mod as it is totally unplayable at this state.

ahhhhh i noticed this yesterday but figured the problem was i was trying to make a tribal land the capital, glad i checked this out and thanks for the quick fix. Also explains why i couldnt upgrade the tribal settlements only destroy them haha.
