Playing as Turkey, I decided to go on warmongering campaign in the Balkans. I worked Serbia, Byzantium, Moldavia, Georgia down to one province, and I fought Venice down to two provinces. In the peace agreements I also forced all of them to become my vassals, that way they wouldn't be able to rebuild too quickly within the five years it takes for me to be able to attack them again.

Well... the five years pass and I decided I wanna get rid of these vassals. So I go into the menu and select "Cancel Vassalization", the window pops up that says it will effect me... blah blah blah. But when I click it, NOTHING happens. It pops back to the diplomacy menu and they are STILL my vassals. I waited another ten years... still my vassals. Twenty years... still my friggin' vassals. I ended up having to attack them as my vassals and taking a huge Stability hit. Is this a bug, or are you not supposed to be able to cancel forced vassals??? (I only ask because I thought the annexing thing was a bug, so who knows). :p

A side note:

What the hell is up with Poland? Is it just me, or does Poland never quit pestering you when you're playing as Turkey? I am bigger and stronger than Poland, have -200 relations with them, and yet EVERY month they "Gaurantee Independance of Turkey" and continue bothering me to let them have military access.

Another thing, why does NOBODY grant military access? I have +200 relations with Lithuania (I bought it, of course) and they won't ally, or do any kinds of deals with me for that matter. I have a "Bad" reputation... so maybe that's the problem.

Sorry for all the questions. But anyone who can answer any of them for me... your help is grealty appreciated. Thanks! :D

The fact that you cannot get the Luthuanians to do anything for you is possibly related to BB. Also not many countries want to ally with Turkey at all per default
