Can't buy at the PDX store from Switzerland? ETA on fix?

I am trying to purchase Ancient Relics, but apparently I am not allowed to from Switzerland? Any ETA when this will be possible? Is hasn't been a problem in the past.

yes I found that out too earlier this morning and panicked for a bit until Debbie told me its a known issue, because I thought moving to Switzerland without changing the billing adress might have flagged my account as fraud But if it won't work by thursday I'm going to take the train to Lörrach and buy the DLC just over the border since I have two sim cards, one german as well

...or just use steam, I usually use the PDX store as a courtesy to PDX, but not if it inconveniences me.

i wont use steam if I can help it if I can give Paradox more money, if I can be in germany in literally 25 minutes.
