I've totally occupied all the faction holdings for a few years but they still wouldn't surrender, now 15+ years have passed and another revolted started when my Ruler died. These faction revolts have gone on so long that many of the faction members have died and their heirs gained Independence from me even though the faction revolt is still going on. Furthermore 100% occupied faction members are somehow still able to raise their levies over and over again I am not sure how this is going on.

I can't seem to get my score out of the red on these factions they take a holding they gain 3 score I take their county score my score doesn't move but if I retake the county I lost my score goes up 1. I've taken 20 counties from the one faction and my war score went up 0 in the early days of the revolts.

How do I end these faction revolts with me winning?

Btw I'm at no risk of losing to these factions they lack the troops to beat me currently its 6k faction troops vs my 30k men and 40k allies.

This easily one of the most broken elements of faction wars: taking provinces just gives too much warscore even to minor insurrections by a handful of weak vassals. And with their attrition-free doomstacks they can accumulate the necessary warscore by harassing the outer edges of larger realms before their liege can even marshal his forces.
