Can't adopt feudalism.

I fulfill all the conditions, besides one: "have a stone hillfort in ---". It's a bug or error?.
I have stone hillfort in my capitol (Kiev) and in all my holdings. I switched off all mods, but it didn't help.

Probably an issue from using the mod, the savegame itself looks to be thinking Kiev doesn't exist.

You could try moving your capital to somewhere else, but if that fails you will need to find a way to manually mod the savegame.

I'm using only revolutionary border, adwanced battles&combat depth and early unit shield flags mods. When i played the earlier version i did't have this issue. I starded new a campaign without mods and still had this bug, moving capital doesn't help.

Any sugesstions how to adopt feudalism manually in savegame?

I do not think there were any issues with 2.3.6 with adopting feudalism, so I'd say there might be an issue with your install.

Easiest fix is to start a new game in the current version.

I found how to adopt feudalism, but haven't found a solution for my bug. By console i moved my main title to feudal king, upgraded my settlements and took my empire title back.

Now what about other tribal lords, they also can't adopt feudalism (capital bug) without my console-help?
