Cant add province to HRE?

So I'm playing as Austria, Have all DLC bar Origins and have passed all the reforms up to Revoke the Privilige.

I was hoping to add Antioch to the HRE so i can release Syria as a Vassal to recoquer their provinces from the Mamluks but i can't add Antioch. Manually or from the add all button.

Adana, which is the province next door is part of the HRE so i dont know why its not working. Its cored and christian.

Is it because its not in europe? if that was true how have i been able to add all the provinces in Anatolia? As Anatolia isnt in Europe.

Its also not overseas or in a trade company.

Please help if you can, any advice or info would be amazing.

I just checked on the wiki and according to it, only provinces in the European Continent can be added to the HRE.

Basicly, anything outside the light blue area can't be added:

Huh, I guess it kinda makes sense.

Oh well, into Russia it is, looks like i can also make the rest of those provinces into trade companies or give them to someone like Venice and just integrate them with the last reform
