Cant access Tech Support

Trying to get CK2 and EU4 working. Both get the Runtime error when I try to start up. I've uninstalled and reinstalled everything I've been able to read about on the Steam forums. Would love to 'see' the tech forums here, but I am constantly denied despite having registered 2 games.

I checked and I see you have CK2 and EU4 registered

See that title under your name here? You never responded to the confirmation email the forum sent you when you signed up. If you can't find it in your inbox or spam quarantine, generate a new one by changing your email address here to a bogus one, then back again. Act on that email and you are done.

The server timed out the first couple times, but it eventually worked. Thanks for the help!
