Cannot start game

Hi, I just bought and downloaded this game from Steam, but when I try to run it it gives the following error: d3dx9_41.dll is missing.

It suggest to re-install the game, which I did, but to no avail, because I got the same error again.

Anyone knows how to solve this?

I also tried to message this in the tech support, but wasn't allowed to post there..

My game (which I bought today) doesn't start either. It says that "MSVCP100.dll" is missing and reinstalling that would help, which it does not. What can I do?
