Running XP on an Athlon with all latest drivers, DirectX, etc.
When it has occurred:
Playing Austria, have Hungary and Alsace, Lux, etc. from events, around 1600, (though not specifically, as it's been occurring at various dates),
What happens: when I am paused on the trade map, enter CoT, place traders, then go back to main map, the trade map "becomes" the main map. What this means is that if I go to diplomatic, then back to main, I get the trade map. Main is entirely unavailable, pause unpase, no matter what I do.
Reloading does not help. In fact it seems to corrupt the saved game,as when I restart any game I have reloaded while this bug is going, I can not use that saved game again. Kind of a game-killer.
