I am unable to register either CK2 or EU IV, when I try to register them it says "The redeem code was not found!" This in spite of the fact that I purchased the game and have been able to register the DLC for CK2. Registration worked for HOI3 and Victoria 2 and all games were purchased through steam.

There really isn't enough information here to help you. Did you purchase the game directly through Steam or a Steam redeemable key from another site. If it is the latter, then that is not the code you use to register a game on the forums. The key you need to register in the forums is found in the steam library page for the game when you right click it and click on View CD-Key. Also, some games will not give you a CD-key on Steam until you start installation of the game (you can immediately cancel after starting).

I'm not 100% sure what you mean around access to the support forum. You should be able to log a zendesk ticket (if you haven't already) by just clicking the "Submit a Request" button. You don't need to sign in or anything.

The support forum: I presume you mean the CK2 technical support forum? That is because you don't have the base game of CK2 registered (the problem we're trying to fix!)

Can you elaborate on what your error was? I bought HOI3 and all expansions in the recent steam sale and could register HOI3, Semper Fi, TFH, but not For The Motherland. I logged a ticket with zendesk and the reply was they logged a bug report to the forums... (these forums I assume)
