Cannot purchase

Hello, I'm trying to preorder reapers due full content pack and iberian portraits + conclave content (i have conclave dlc), but i'm getting refused payment every time, the card is a mastercard, tried with 2 different cards, but no luck, i have more then enough money on them and purchased something from other site just to check if something is wrong with the 2 cards and it works fine

Edit: Tried with a VISA card, now getting an ecryption error. Guess i'm gona buy it from steam when it comes out

thx, looked at the post and wasn't using any vpn or missing information, will try purchasing from home thou, but if its actually a 24 hour cooldown for the payment, this is really messed up, paradox are losing money this way, i'm sure i'm not the first one since reddit users report it also after a succesfull payment, the second is a REFUSE screen
