What does this message mean when presented by the underground elevator? I've set it to auto-mode and requested a modest amount of the primary resources (metal, concrete, food, polymers, machine parts, electronics). It has drones above and below ground, and is near a well stocked drone hub/resource dump, so the requested resources are within range.
