Cannot progress past Act 3

I am allied with Graven Ashe and go to Cacophony to kill the Voices of Nerat, but when I beat him and he says his spiel, he just stays there in 'surrendered' mode. Nothing happens, the bridge doesn't raise, combat mode is still on. Now I'm stuck and can't progress any further.

I am very sorry this issue happened to you. We have actually just released a patch which should address this issue.

Please let me know if you are still experiencing this issue after downloading the patch.
