Cannot plot against incapacitated Sultan of Rum.

I had a plot against the Sultan while he was defending against a Crusade, and he became incapacitated (from battle i assume). The plot dropped with no message, and now i cant plot to kill him without it dropping the next day. I can plot against other people, just not him. Is this a know issue, feature, etc.?

To me it sounds like a bug.

It did resolve itself after a few years. He lost the incapable trait and gained Lunatic and Infirm, but i can plot against him now.
