Cannot play game... Windows 10

The game launches in windows 10, and I can play my old saved games. However I cannot launch a New Game. Seems this has been an issue and before you could simply run it as admin to fix the issue, however this isn't working for me.

I'm running the game as admin and still have the same issue. my dxdiag.txt is attached, and as you can see, I can more then run this game.

Any assistance would be helpful.

Have you tried running Steam as admin?

I'm running both steam and the game as admin.

The New Game button is grayed out. Cannot click on it. All the fixes online (mainly running as admin) do nothing to change this.

I do take some time off on weekends, you know!

This happens if you have no maps selected in the Content Manager - Maps menu; the game needs at least one map to start a new city on.

That did the trick. I had to enable all maps and relaunch the game! Thanks!

Actually, just enabling one map would have done it ...
