Land units locked.
After 40 hours getting the hang of the vanilla version, I downloaded the Art of War and Common Sense DLCs as is suggested/required.
Played as Scotland. Sold some ships, did nothing.
Then decided to activate my army to get in position to take Ireland. I'm at peace with everyone, my morale is back to full, and Control+Click doesn't move my units.
I have tried quitting and restarting the game and my computer.
I have changed the screen resolution and windowed settings (full screen, windowed, etc). I have reset many times. I tried attaching a general and splitting up my units.
All to no avail. No unit will move anywhere at all (there is no lock sign, they are at full morale, I am at peace, and I can't move them through my own territory)
