Description​

I cannot justify on the polish commies. Every time I attempt to do so, it costs me political power and after the game ticks it just clears the fact I'm trying to declare on them. The record just gets straight up "deleted" so to speak. Mods were disabled and the issue still persisted. These mods are as follows:

Steps to Reproduce​

1) Wait for Poland to go into civil war.
2) Send volunteers to the sanationists.
3) Attempt to justify war goal on Polish Peasant Republic

Note: It worked on the third try. I just lost 60pp. ._.

The issue here is the following: You can select regions from the list of targets for the justification that are not actually under the target nation's control. If that's the case, the justification is removed without a refund. Workaround: Make sure the target region is controlled by the nation you justify on. Best achieved by selecting the region on the map instead of through the list.
