Well..I talked my friend into buying EU4 today. So he goes on to Steam...buys it, downloads it...and then cannot play it because it wouldn't give him a key.

Apparently Steam doesn't have enough keys to give out?

Oh well..I told him he will have to wait until tomorrow....assuming Sweden isn't having a Labour day holiday like us..
