Cannot find 1.8.1 hotfix - checksum 5d13 in Steam > Properties > Betas!!!

I need help.

Initially I have EUIV 1.8.1 hotfix installed. However, today I went to uninstall EUIV for some other reason and reinstall again. The patch installed again was 1.7.3!!! I couldn't find 1.8.1. I went to steam, properties, betas. It only shows, 1.4.1, 1.5.1, 1.6.2 and 1.7.3. There is no 1.8.1!!! I remembered I saw 1.8.1 a few weeks ago when it was created by Paradox and I installed 1.8.1 back then.

Where is 1.8.1 patch now??? I really need help.

1.8.1 is the default version now. Opt out of all the betas and you'll have the latest version.
