Cannot enforce demands?

I win a war score of 100% to depose my liege duke, but when I enforce my demands I lose automatically. The option says "Count Duke of Asturias aabdicates to Diego de Oviedo" which is himself. When clibk on enforce demands, I notice he takes over my county as if he had won instead.

The peace option has him abdicating to himself? Odd, if so it sounds like a possible bug, I would post it in the bug sub-forum with a save game.

I had something similar where the Count of Norfolk swore fealty to himself when I beat him. I managed to get the county so it might have just been an error in the tooltip for the results.

I think I figured it out. He abdicated for his son, who is called the same as him, and promptly revoked my titles. I think.
