I Cannot Edit assets It says (see below) I don't know what it means and really want it to go away. Everytime I click the x it pops back up. Please help. o_O

Is it something that the game engine is doing to keep up the performance as the city grows large as if it's culling objects such as multiple part trains and trucks which it considers as individual vehicles instead of as a single vehicle?

I wonder because I've seen the same both with the same mods installed, except for the pollution one, and without the mods installed. My cities started having issues like this at 250K population and it's gotten worse as the cities have grown to twice that size.

This happens when you build the Hadron Collider. It instantly educates your citizens. No schools required except as service to level up zoning (maybe, don't exactly know it). Also, all citizens instantly go to work as soon as they are teens which adds a lot of workforce when you build the collider. Today i went from 10% unemployment to 48% when i build it.
