there is something seriously wrong with your billing system, I bought yesterday friday 1 CK2 DLC at 1156 AM CEST then bought 2 more 15 minutes later at 1110 AM CEST with no problem at all,, both paid with paypal. Today at 1225 CEST , 25 hours later, I can not buy again other DLC, I tried with paypal ( redirected on paiement first page , and got an error message with credit card ( paiement refused ) .
Im not sure whats going on but that need to be fixed asap if you want people to buy your games.

PDX we appreciate that you explained to us to try again 24 hours later, which some did and failed still, can you please tell us possibilities of why some billings will be successful and some not? Other than being a purely random error, I really don't see how if there is something wrong with a particular billing, it would magically fix itself after 24 hours.
Or, as if it is what others said that it is PDX's system being "bad", that it only works sometimes, please, fix, it. Thanks a lot.

I wanted to buy several CK2 items on sale but unforunately, credit card and paypal did not work!
