cannot activate

the computer I have this game installed on has no internet access... when I first installed the game I got an error message stating that there was a error in the registration and that I would be prompted to re-register later.'

this was accompanied by the following error log file:
Application start: 2009-10-16 22.49.28 Silent mode Mode 1, short info Submitting activation request... Download: failed HttpSendRequest Result parsing error (1) Error activating the product Please ensure the serial number entered is associated with the email you used. Try to activate the product again. If using Impulse you can right-click on the product and re-activate. Include this log file if contacting support.

i know what my email address is and I think I can type in a simple product code ...what is the problem?

please help me...I would like to play this game.

Can't you connect that computer just to activate the game?

Is that the problem? Where on the box cover does it say requires internet to activate?

I dont have access with that computer..thats just a fact

I don't have a box, I got it online, but I've heard the box should say "online activation required". Perhaps in the system requirements area?

Well, the game has DRM which requires activating the game over the internet when installing. If it's not an option for you, you should contact Stardock support and ask them for either offline way of activating hte product (which isn't likely to happen) or refund.
