Cannot Access Hearts of Iron 4 Forums

I bought Hearts of Iron 4 on Steam yesterday and I haven't been able to access the Hearts of Iron 4 Tech Support or mods forums.

I have linked my Steam account to my Paradox Account, which does show that I own the game, but it still won't let me access the forums for Hearts of Iron 4 and it says that I don't my Steam account linked to my Paradox account.

You have the icon so the access should be working - if it isn't, log out and back in
