I don't think they're happy with it to be honest, it very much seems like it's struggling.Probably...

So the announcements will be the following?
1. CS World tour
2. New game
3. unknown announcement
The next World Tour announcement is most likely Africa In Miniature, depends on whether it's the only one or if there's more. But there's only been a few occasions where we've seen CCP-only expansions.
So imo it'd be: 1. New game 2. New expansion(along with continuation of World Tour)
The website says "3 new games, 4 new expansions, gameplay reveals, and updates!"

Yes, the 4 expansions are for different games, I'm not sure if they've explicitly stated what all 4 of them are but one of them could be for CS

We are getting an announcement... nothing more and nothing less.
The rest is a surprise.

We need to wait this weekend for the anniversary, they said they will make a deserved closure to CS 1 before swapping to CS2, so I expect this weekend to have some DLC, patches and improvements announced for CS1
