Canada Skewer the Eagle Bug

The Event actually invites and gives claims to the normal Mexico rather than the fascist mexico (which you have to have before you can even do skewer the eagle). See photo

for proof that it added a non-existent, non aligned Mexico. This bug makes the skewer the eagle focus pointless until this bug is fixed. Not too sure if i did anything wrong but all i did was follow the focus tree as usual plus mexico HAS to be fascist before you can even attempt the skewer the eagle focus
