I agree, and would be the first one to apologize. A week ago I cleared all problems with Best Buy and EB for Canada and I urged our distributor to put full speed ahead and ship the products. Normally with big retail operations it takes 1-2 weeks to get the games out in all stores. I will follow up today with an email and a phone call to check if everything goes according to plan.
I understand and share the frustration about the titles not being available in Canada. We want people to be able to buy our games, that's how we make our money...
Edit: In Mexico I think you'll be able to buy the Spanish version of the game, supplied by our Spanish partner. Not sure about that though, you could ask them directly in the Spanish forum.

I finally gave up, as both EB Games or Futureshop still have no clue on when/if they'll be selling the game in Toronto. So I went to Gamersgate and bought it online last night. Installed it no problem.
Only problem is I'm using Windows VISTA and my printer is a Lexmark P4350 (about a year old) and stupid Lexmark of course hasn't released Vista drivers yet. So I can't print out the manual (I downloaded the user manaul from gamersgate, it gives you a PDF version when you buy the game online). So I'm just reading it on my computer in PDF format. But I'd prefer a "printed" out/hard copy so I can read the manual sometimes while playing.
Anyways... I'm at least enjoying the game now

Ah sweet sweet USA, thank you Target, EU3 CE is now in my hands. If only I could return to Canada to actually play it!
Paradox, thank you for raising Canada's revolt risk. Provinces should start defecting to the USA any day now. No land connection to capital penalties will soon be removed from Alaska. Muhahahaha!
Just checked EB games.ca and to them EU3 does'nt even exist, apparently they know weeks in advance before they actually recieve a title to sell on the shelf.
It's been a month now since it was evident that this game is not available in Canada and there is still no indication of if and when it will be.
Soon I'll be too busy in the real world to worry about it anyways.....February is my slow month.
Oh well....there's always next winter.....maybe it'll be here by then !

Yeah, the futureshop here doesn't have it either, and I didn't even bother asking wal*mart as they have like 100 copies of WoW:BC hogging the shelves.

I can't believe it!!! I finally got my copy of EU3 - CE on Monday after a long wait from Paradox (Mid January), HOWEVER........I ordered 2 copies, was charged for 2 copies but was only shipped 1 copy. Can't Paradox get it right for us Canadians????? I emailed them to get an answer on this and they won't even reply to my email.?.?. Please say it is not as a result of us taking all their best hockey players for the NHL.........
I have some good news and some bad news for Canadians. I talked to ebgames headquaters and they said they fianlly ordered the game for Canada. However the game wont be in stores till apirl 9th. Talk about being a little off the North American release date eh
