I ask because I once had a game where I had to fight against the xenophobic Kivan Dominion FE, and lo and behold I have a species I call Kivan with the same portrait as the xenophobic FE. Was this just an astonishing coincidence, or can our custom empires sometimes become fallen empires instead? If so... that is pretty awesome
