CO, can you make a thread with a list of every single thing you consider to add, you are working on, or it's ready for the next update or DLC? So we can know what not to suggest in the forums, so new ideas/sugg. can appear?

I second it. For example we need Planning and Zoning to approval developments like a McDonalds to be Built at like Dodd Road and Goldenrood and Real Estate signs.
