Im playing the UK TFV. To save EXP I want to copy a British Raj Template and then duplicate it to use as a home country template - can I do this? When I duplicate a colonial template it copies the colonial association - can i remove the colonial element and make it a home template? it will save me a lot of XP.

Thanks.

I think if the Raj gets free it will become your template, but I guess that's not what you are looking for. I don't think there is a way to copy it and make it your own template but I don't see why you would want to do that anyway.

Why would you want to make it your own template? Just build the division using the Raj manpower. If you really want to deploy them in England and don't mind a small exploit you can just build a random division in your home Islands, then instantly change it to the Raj template and it will reinforce with Raj manpower.

I ran out of Raj Manpower in 1939 after only building 8 divisions there. Now I have increased my conscription laws I wanted to change all my country inf to a new tem[plate which Raj already has so I didnt want to waste 200+ EXP on updating mine. I have no EXP at the moment and changing templates will return a lot more manpower back to me as the new one has more Arty and less inf battalions. I can then use the new manpower pool to build Marine, Mountain and other elites the Raj cannot build (it has no templates for them)

Thanks for confirming it cannot be done.
