Can you Deus Vault a harmonized religion as Confucian?

If I play as Ryukyu and convert to Confucian, and then harmonize religions, will I be able to use Deus Vault Casus Belli? This tool-tip description is what makes me question it:

Should be a quick test to do.

Ming starts with Mahayana harmonized. Use the console, tech up and fill out Religious. Break the tributary on Dai Viet. Check your CBs.
