Just curious.
If I capture Ragusa playing as Venice, then I'd rather destroy it to leave some space for my own center of trade in Venice.
I could do so in EU3. I can't remember anything about EU2 though - I thought they were hardwired into the game by the scenario's txt file.
Is this the case in EU4 as well?
